I had the recent privilege of being invited to teach/perform a drum workshop at a block party nearby in Ridgewood, Queens.
Thanks to Lauren for the wonderful review!
Lauren L. – Ridgewood, Queens– “I had had the idea to do something neat for the neighborhood kids in Ridgewood for our summer block party and hired Jojo to do a drum ‘thing’. Â I really had no idea what to expect or what the turn out would be, given that it wasn’t exactly an RSVP kind of event. Â Jojo showed up, on time, instruments in hand, and riveted the neighborhood children for hours. Â He was dynamic and engaging, yet soothing and captivating at the same time. Â Kids stayed and played and listened and learned because they wanted to, not because they had to. Â He was an inspiration to them all and will be remembered by many of them for some time to come. Â I would definitely recommend his services as both a teacher and an entertainer. Â It was perfect.”

Special thanks to Ashley for the wonderful review, and to Katarina at BushwickDaily!
Ashley Zelinskie (Director of The Active Space): “Extremely Professional! I was super impressed with the music selection as well as the setup. He was considerate of both the space and the crowd. Art exhibitions can be tricky but he was totally accommodating and very easy to work with. I will be using him for all my future events!”
