jojoSOUL is a Musician, DJ, and Teaching Artist. jojo teaches and performs regularly in NYS Youth Corrections Residential Facilities, as well as Schools, After-School Programs, Private Students, and Workshops. jojo is Co-Creator of Performing Arts & Entertainment Duo “New York Wild Life“, and plays Drum Set and Percussion for Various Musical and Performing Acts, including his jazz quartet Xanadu Ensemble, his partner Mexican Burlesque Bombshell Agave L’amour, Thorgy Thor of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Scarlet Envy of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Daphne Always, Becky O’Brien of Britain’s Got Talent, songwriter/recording artist Couvo, Monthly Resident Performer at Club Cumming, and his weekly “Drum & Flow” Yoga/Dance Classes with Live Vinyl and Percussion Sounds. jojo has been DJing since 2002, and in 2019 traveled to perform at the Opening of Rooftop Lounge BEKEB MIXOLOGIA in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
jojo has expanded his work Online in Zoom Classes for individuals and groups, Online Performances, and his Underground Radio Show XANADU.
